Summer Berry Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing

Ingredients
For the Salad
4 cups mixed greens (such as arugula, spinach, or romaine)
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
½ cup blackberries
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
¼ cup pecans or almonds, toasted and chopped
¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
For the Honey-Lime Dressing
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Method
Prepare the dressing
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together honey, lime juice, lime zest, olive oil, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, red onion, and toasted nuts.
Dress and serve. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Top with crumbled feta cheese, if using.
