MAX at Mirabeau has spent two decades building its reputation as a go-to Spokane Valley restaurant for scratch-made cuisine and memorable dining. Offering a bistro-style menu crafted with care, MAX remains a favorite among locals and travelers alike. Whether planning a holiday meal, grabbing lunch with friends, or attending an event, this award-winning dining destination consistently delivers a standout experience.
Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily (6am–10pm Sunday through Thursday; 6am–11pm Friday and Saturday), MAX seats 225 guests in a welcoming atmosphere suitable for all ages. Known for its USDA prime hand-carved beef, house-made sauces, appetizers, entrées, and desserts, the focus on quality and freshness shines through every dish.
Supporting local vendors—bakers, winemakers, farmers, brewers, and more—has become part of the restaurant’s identity. MAX showcases the region’s best ingredients while maintaining a diverse, well-curated menu, from hearty steaks to crisp salads and indulgent desserts.
General Manager Andy Rooney attributes the restaurant’s enduring success to their people and passion. “MAX at Mirabeau has been successful because of our amazing staff and our ability to ensure we’re delivering an unparalleled experience for every guest,” he shares.
Regulars love the double daily happy hours in the lounge and on the patio: 3–6pm and 9pm–close. Weekly specials include Margarita Monday ($2 off), Micro Tuesday ($2 off select drafts), Wine Wednesday (half-off select bottles), Ladies Night Thursdays with $7 House Lemon Drops and Cosmos, and Martini/Manhattan Fridays with $2 off signature drinks from 3pm to close.
Weekend brunch (Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 2pm) is another local favorite. Guests enjoy a brunch-specific menu with rotating breakfast specials, alongside the renowned Bloody Mary Bar—featuring over 30 hot sauces and a wide selection of garnishes. Mimosa deals make it the perfect way to kick off the weekend.
MAX also brings the community together through its monthly First Wednesday events (5–7pm), celebrating regional artists and winemakers with complimentary hors d’oeuvres, wine specials, and discounted menu items. These events blend Spokane Valley culture, cuisine, and connection into one unforgettable evening.
Looking to the future, Andy shares, “As we look ahead, we are excited to continue serving our community with the same passion and dedication that has driven us for two decades. We're proud of our ongoing local partnerships with Spokane Valley Summer Theater, HUB Sports Center, Central Valley School District PACE Awards, the Liberty Lake Kiwanis Father-Daughter Dance, and many more. MAX is more than just a restaurant—it’s a gathering place for the Spokane Valley and beyond here in the Inland Northwest.”
MAX at Mirabeau is a community hub with exceptional food, welcoming service, and strong local partnerships. Whether it's brunch, dinner, or a glass of wine at First Wednesday, there’s always a reason to celebrate at MAX.
